Dr Jim Cain (Teamwork & Teamplay)

Dr Jim Cain is the founder of Teamwork & Teamplay and a world-renowned expert in team building, experiential education, and adventure-based learning. Edzra Iskandar (Outdoor Education Specialist with Singapore’s Ministry of Education (MOE).

Edzra Iskandar brings with him a wealth of experience as a former Outdoor Education Specialist with Singapore’s Ministry of Education (MOE). In that role, he was instrumental in shaping national frameworks, developing curriculum, and supporting schools in delivering meaningful outdoor learning experiences that are both safe and impactful.

Lye Yen Kai (Pivotal Learning)

Lye Yen Kai, founder of Pivotal Learning, has played a pivotal role in shaping Singapore’s outdoor education landscape. As part of his work with the Ministry of Education (MOE), he contributed to the design and development of Singapore’s Outdoor Adventure Learning Centres, ensuring these spaces were built with both safety and pedagogy in mind.

He also raised industry standards in height-based activities by introducing the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) frameworks to Singapore, strengthening safety, professionalism, and international best practices across the sector.
