ABOUT US
About Innotrek
In 2000, two like-minded visionaries, Roy Lim and Mike Lim, left their day jobs to start Innotrek, with the mission of equipping youth with a deeper appreciation for the outdoors. From a humble office in a clubhouse, they began designing memorable and meaningful camping experiences for schools across Singapore.
Our Identity
The name Innotrek carries a deeper meaning.
-
The green in “INNO” represents the lush outdoors — the forests, fields, and natural spaces where learning takes root.
-
The red in “TREK” symbolizes the passion and spirit of adventure that runs in our blood, driving us to make outdoor learning a lifelong journey.
Together, they embody our enduring motto:
“Innovative Mind, Outdoor Spirit.”
With the retirement of our founders in 2025, Innotrek enters a new chapter under the leadership of Tony Tan, who has been with the company since its early years. Building on our strong foundations, we continue to expand our impact in outdoor learning and adventure education.
Our Reach Across Singapore
For more than two decades, Innotrek has delivered outdoor learning programs in every corner of Singapore — from the comforts of resorts to the rugged challenges of MOE Outdoor Adventure Learning Centres, from the rustic beauty of Pulau Ubin to the open spaces of St. John’s Island. We also take pride in our ability to bring customised outdoor programs directly to your chosen venue.
